PICKTHALL ENGLISH MEANING

(It was said) O Abraham! Forsake this! Lo! thy Lord's commandment hath gone forth, and lo! there cometh unto them a doom which cannot be repelled.

What did these words bring you?

Guidance

Seeking guidance for the way ahead.

The image “there cometh unto them a doom which cannot be repelled” in Hud 11:76 makes accountability before Allah and the lasting weight of the Hereafter more than an abstract idea. Let the ayah accompany your dhikr today as you reflect on what choice today you would want to meet again with a clear conscience before Allah.

This is a personal reflection prompt, not tafsir. For interpretation, consult qualified scholarship and the ayah’s wider Quranic context.
