Al Burooj 85:9
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ

Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness.
